Milk Mysore Pak

Milk Mysore Pak is a melt-in-the-mouth, traditional delicious sweet that originated in the kitchens of Mysore palace.

It is made by cooking besan (kadalai maavu) in milk and sugar along with ghee. 'Pak' or 'Paka' means sugar syrup which is the base for this sweet and hence the name Milk Mysore Pak.
