Mini Badusha

Badusha or Balushahi is a sweet dessert that is popular in pan India. And when all good things come in mini sizes, it's all the cuter!

This traditional sweet is prepared with dough from flour, ghee, and curd. Small balls are made from the dough which is then deep-fried in ghee and further soaked in sugar syrup. Our perfect mini badhushas are soft yet crunchy and have a layered texture.
