Mysore Pak

Mysore Pak is a melt in the mouth, delicious sweet that originated in the kitchens of Mysore palace.

It is made by cooking besan (kadalai maavu) in sugar syrup along with ghee and oil. 'Pak' or 'Paka' means sugar syrup and hence the name Mysore Pak for this rich sweet.
