Badusha

Badusha or Balushahi is a sweet dessert that is popular in pan India.

This traditional sweet is prepared with dough from flour, ghee, and curd. Small balls are made from the dough which is then deep-fried in ghee and further soaked in sugar syrup. Our perfect badhushas are soft yet crunchy and have a layered texture.
