Tirunelveli Mixture

Tirunelveli mixture is a crispy, crunchy, and yummy deep-fried savory snack.

It is a well-cooked combination of fried nuts, curry leaves, boondhi, and sev. It is a good accomplishment for evening tea and coffee. Traditionally, Tirunelveli people take this as a side in their meal along with rice. We take special care to produce this with less oil and excess oil is removed before packing.
